Welcome! I'm glad you are here. This means you are taking the first step to a better you. I provide a safe space and non-judgmental environment for you to explore what it is you are struggling with. My philosophy of therapy is that each person is unique and should be treated as a whole. I work with you to tailor the type of counseling around what works best for you and your needs. I want to help you as you take a step to becoming a happier and healthier you! I use a combination of different types of therapy based off what you may need and resonates the best with you. I have experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents who have struggled with anxiety, LGBTQ issues, relationship issues, marriage counseling, depression, life transitions, and many more. Asking for help and/or receiving help isn't always the easiest thing to do. I want to make it as easy and painless as possible. I will work with you to find the best way to cope and overcome your struggles. I look forward to working together as you take this journey.
